Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment Time:

• All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days.

2. Shipping Duration:

• Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Schedule:

• We fulfill orders from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Please note that we do not ship on US Federal Holidays. This includes New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

4. Fulfillment Cut-Off Time:

• For all orders consisting of less than 20 units, the fulfillment cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

• While we strive to maintain our fulfillment schedule, unforeseen circumstances might lead to slight delays. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate with you and keep you updated.
